Who was that cable vendor from a past Capitol Audio Fest that had speaker cables that literally looked like 8 gauge car audio power wire interwoven and had those cheap non-fused car audio power wire distribution blocks at the ends?

The have been a bunch of shows. Any idea as to approximate time frame (e.g. last couple of years or further back)? I have a mugshot from one.

Good God, delete that picture. We are an ugly bunch.
That vendor was in a regular room. They were there only one time as far as I remember.
