Found a PSE , older with case and arrows for 100 obo

I am looking at under $100 , I have found some nice deals on CL.
I have shot indoors a couple of times. I will be going this week to get fitted.
How many pounds , and drew back range are important I know .
I have seen deals with everything for $75

I will buy a new one maybe after a year. I may want to get a small one for my daughter at some point .
Here is all the CL listings in my area.

I just did the calculations and my pull back length is only 25.2
So it might be impossible to buy used.

Nice looking bow.
I would go down to a PSE dealer, show him the advert and see what he would charge to get the draw length down to where you need it. I bought a used Mathews solocam for my son about 10 years ago, and the dealer didn't charge anything to swap out the cam for the right sized one.
That PSE might just need the string placed on a different part of the cam to shorten the draw length.
You could also go for a trad bow. Trad bows take way more practice, but are more enjoyable for me to shoot.
