Tim, your account was not yet activated after the email change. You needed to receive and respond to the email that was automatically sent to you after the email change request, in order to reactivate the account with new email address.
I manually activated your account, and server sent an email to the new email address. It is very important that you reply to this thread to let me know that you received the server email at your new email address. If you are still not receiving emails at that address then we need to fix that. Please reply about the email. Thanks!
After I activated your account manually, now I can find your name in the Members list. It was visible in the admin member search page while it was inactive, but it was invisible to regular members until activated. That's also why you couldn't log in.
I don't know how FRM saw it using the regular member search from home page while it was inactive, but that helped, so thanks!
