I found a way to use the higlevel input of my subwoofer plate amps (RCM Detonation DT 150) with my Rx F10 which works fine for me.
I used a 220uF bipolar cap with a 15 uF Audyn MKP in parallel in each line to negative input of the plate amp. My sub has a 100uF filter cap inside. Th pos. line is directly connected to the plus input. My front speakers are directly connected to the high level out of the plate amp. At the moment I use quite tiny loudspeakers, Tannoy Sensys R´s.

In all modes : set subwoofer to "No". And set center en rear to small with a crossover of 100Hz, or what you like. Also in the DVD/SACD player set simliar settings. All bass gets then redirected to the fronts.
Results :
It works flawless and very easy, sound quality is fine (with all those caps I had some worries). You ca switch easily between the multichannel and other inputs. Only drawback is that you loose the remote control of the subwoofer level. It is very easy to integrate sub and front speakers.
Maybe the 220+15uF is a bit small, it will increase the crossover frequency with some 30%. More room for expriments.
