That pork looks killer, amigo!   I'm pretty decent on the grill, but need to get into smoking.

I start the BBQ up at 1p.m. I sous vided the chicken day before yesterday, and I've been slowly warming it up in an electric roaster. I just need to put some grill marks and sauce on it for those that like that sort of thing. I'll take pics!

My sis found a macaroni salad recipe that I tried. AWESOME!!!

It isn't like my moms macaroni salad...it's sweet. Believe it or not, it's very good.

The chicken was marinated in Zesty Italian dressing. I even sous vide all the chicken with its marinade! Very good!
