Is GIK in Georgia on vacation?

Is the GIK plant in Georgia closed for vacation? I sent in an email inquiry about a week ago and haven't got a reply yet. That's unexpected, based on the excellent service I've gotten in the past.

Hi Mike, no we are definitely not on vacation. Apologies for the email confusion! Chances are either your email to us was flagged as spam and didn't make it, or our reply to you was flagged as spam on your end and you never received it. Just for the record, I heard back from the factory, and everything's on track. As usually, Christina was great to work with. (James, too, of course.)
