There's no "tip toeing through the tulips" with these bugs. They literally "tear it up" in the flower garden.
They mate, make grubs which burrow in the soil, and then reemerge to eat more leaves and mate again. Busy creatures.
This is a pretty up close and personal look at a bug that's no more than ½ inch long, using a 100mm macro lens. No shame!
