Been some time since Karma came to town. Let’s fix that.
I’ve got four bases and eight straps here I’ll give to some lucky DIYer. Some may recognize these from my epic build thread for the X-Oticas. There you can see how I used them.
http://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?topic=139529.0They were designed to be sort of universal in how they might get implemented. Center is designed to accommodate and clamp 1” (25mm) diameter dowel, tube etc. Corner holes are clearance drilled for 3mm fasteners, which also happens to be just right if you want to tap for a #6 machine screw. Center hole is drilled at 2mm, which can be drilled and countersunk for a #6 or #8 wood screw. They’re black anodized aluminum.
In the X-Otica build I tapped the bases for #6 machine screws, drilled clearance holes in straps and attached to cabinet with a combo of machine screws and wood screws.
What you’ll get is what’s pictured. If you want threads or other mods, you get to do those to suit your needs, so some DIY prowess is probably necessary.
Choose a number between 1 and 50 and I’ll randomly choose a recipient the evening of Sunday June 18th . If you duplicate someone’s prior number, you’ll be drawn and quartered…or at least ignored. I'll ship them conus for free on Monday 19th.

Here's a photo of them in use.
