It's a security screw head. Many different style. A cheap adapter set is available at Walmart for around $8. Better quality sets available online- search security screwdriver tips.

Home Depot has a Tekton Security Bit Set for $10.63, and while not the finest quality, they're decent and much better quality than the ones from Harbor Freight that are made of butter (and some bits have off-center security holes!).
