My name is Mark, I'm new to this forum, but not to audio. I started my audio fetish back in 1971 when I modified my parent's Magnavox Console to take external source material. My first real purchase was a Fisher 504 4-channel receiver with four KLH 6 speakers. That was 1973. It has never stopped since then! In the late '70s, I switched to Crown equipment and have since bought just about every piece Crown ever made for home use. I used to buy, restore and sell Crown gear, which ended up paying for the system I have today. I also started selling speakers and was a VMPS dealer from 1988 until 2005. I also restored JBL speakers, including the L-100s, L-200s, Hartsfields, etc. Now I'm retired and just like to listen to my vinyl and reel to reel tapes I've accumulated!
