How about this for starters...

A new, super sexy Valve Integrated from Melody and ONIX... This unit is custom built for us by this SUPER MAKER in Australia and China...

This new baby is a 5881-based push / pull design that makes 38 (huge) watts per channel... In person, it's just about as artistic as you could ever imagine... Drop Dead BEAUTIFUL...

This honey, coupled with our new REF One LE (available in Rocket Rosewood only)... will make ANY two channel system (or enthusiast) blush with pride... These are Limited Editions signed by Mr. Pu and myself.

100 systems ONLY for World Wide consumption...

Our Holiday Gift to you...

$1199 COMPLETE... just add a source... and we'll throw in a $200 gift certificate good toward any wire and cable we sell, or, you can use it for a pair or two of OD-100 outdoor speakers... :-)

... and that's just for starters.

Happy Holidays...

mls

(Please note that this deal may be slightly higher in Canada)

This is a 10 tube design also...

4 X 5881's (love this)

2 X 12AX7

2 X 6922

and 2 X 12AU7 as well...

This lovely little 40 pound monster is just under 12 inches wide... and let me again say that this amp is just PURE ART... To see it in person... well....... ahhhhh...

I plan on using him with my Mini Strata's tomorrow (although perhaps a tad under-powered... we'll see)... I listened today with the REF One LE and I fell in lust for sure...

I own the REF 1s and the Onix H34 tube amp and love the sound of the REF 1s with tubes...clear,detailed and with a BIG soundstage...This is just to tell everyone that this deal is close to insane :o
$1.199,00 less $200.00 in a gift certificate for the speakers AND the amp? This is not even the price of the speakers alone!!!
I know that this sounds like if I worked for AV123, but I actually live in Southamerica and I'm only a very satisfied customer.
This is a real deal!!

Santiago,
I totally agree with you. This is a killer deal. I would be all over this deal without any hesitation if I haven't owned a pair of Ref1 yet.

Not really in the market for speakers, but the little amp sure looks nice.  Any chance you will be selling it alone?  If so, how much?

I'm about set to jump on this deal. I've always wanted to try a pair of the Ref 1's, but I've also been lusting after the H34 amp. Is there any chance a combo deal will be made with it?

mike,
after reading the thread at the av123 forum, it seems that the amp offered in this combo is better than the h34.  the main drawback to the sp3 is that there's only one input... but this would be ideal to a purist.

i'm not quite sure how one could DEFINITIVELY come to this conclusion...

This is something quite special... The H34 is so sweet and nice... but the SP3 is just the cats meow in so many ways... VERY Purist in design... It has just one input and one AV Bypass (toggle switch out of view in this photo)... that's it...

the above quote by MLS is rather vague as to how the SP3 is better than the H34...the one thing we can conclude is that it is purist in design given the one input. i can see it possibly matching the performance of the H34 but to exceed it? i'd have to hear it for myself to believe it. but regardless, given the awesome package price, it would still be an amazing deal even if it delivered 80-90% of the H34's performance sonically speaking.

that's why i said that it SEEMS that the sp3 is favored over the h34, as inferred from mark schifter's post.
