Final drive into transformer input

Hello Steve,
Is it possible to use the Final Drive with an amplifier that has a transformer input? In my case it is a Lundahl 1:4 step-up transformer. Thanks in advance for your time.

The Final Drive should replace the transformer in the amplifier. 2 signal transformers in the chain would be a bad thing.

It will not hurt anything, but it will likely reduce SQ. The SQ of my transformer is much better than the Lundahl and you will not get these benefits with 2 transformers in series.
