Question For TRL Dude Owners

Do you know if both unbalanced and and balanced outputs work at the same time? Ie: can you run unbalanced to a power amp and the balanced to some subs. I was going to ask Paul Wetzel this but waited too long.

Mine were but don't forget that the Dude's XLR isn't truly balanced.  They are literally jumped between outputs.

Thanks for chiming in. That makes sense as the Dude is not a balanced design. So how would that work running the balanced out into a rythmic balanced in I wonder.

It would work fine, I bet.  Just wouldn't have the extra gain or noise cancellation that balanced provides, so you'd need to turn up the gain on the amp a bit, and maybe want to use shielded cables.
