For passive bass systems choose a large 15 or 18 inch driver with a high QTS on low FS.  You can trade QTS for x-max but anything lower than a QTS of 0.8 will roll off pretty quick making a passive filter expensive and resulting in a low system sensitivity.

low fs is wrong in ob,better 40-45hz target and only qts don't tell all the story
OB find new enemy ,some woofer have bad hair noise ,some people returned this speaker.....
I read that IB385 it's noisy
