Kyle, if you go, please give me a report. I would like to pick up tubes, but if they don't have any, wasting two hours and $10 isn't cheap.
I did the Hamfest at Kirkwood Community Center a few years back. There really wasn't much there in terms of audio or tubes. Most of the HAM gear they had for sale was solid state. I think I only saw one or two tubed recievers (short wave). They had plenty of parts, masts and antenna plus a few other 'gizmos'.After attending that one, I sorta wrote it off. Collinsville might be different...you never know....unless you go
Scott, are you one of the members with a personal tube stockpile?
Hamfests are for hams. It's very unlikely to find anything of interest to an audiophile.
