Guy 13 ,,,, more music is your prescrip. Take daily with a few cool ones.
I think you would use nothing to sweet coffee etc
Lipton and Stevia are bad to your heath.
They both are industrial products, lipton seems a drink.
At least you dont take milk as I.Green Tea is not in bulk?In the past I used to drink this:
Guy 13, you can use Trehalose as a sweetener. It will never raise blood sugar levels because you can't digest more than maybe 10 calories of it, and it's not bad for in any way shape or form. It is entirely unlike fake sugars, sugar alcohols, etc. The only other alternative is Agave but it has a good amount of Fructose, which is harder on the liver so someone with diabetes may desire to be more cautious. Also I'd be willing to bet Lipton may have benefits, but other brands of tea will have considerably more. Specifically Sencha, Kukicha ("twig tea"), and Bancha varieties of green are good for you. Lipton would be considered low quality tea, btw. Poorly produced anything can be grown in bad soil with pesticides. It's nice to buy tea from companies that take pride in their product instead of their returns.
