Is this just one long soliloquy for a single person?

Hi ctviggen,
dont really know what you mean,
and wikipedia is not much help,
I will blame my weak English knowledge,
but I think your comment is to describe
my never ending complaints about myself, my life and my problems...

A soliloquy (from Latin solo "to oneself" + loquor "I talk") is a device often used in drama when a character speaks to himself or herself, relating thoughts and feelings, thereby also sharing them with the audience, giving off the illusion of being a series of unspoken reflections.[1] If other characters are present, they keep silent[2] and/or are disregarded by the speaker.[3]

The term soliloquy is distinct from a monologue or an aside: a monologue is a speech where one character addresses other characters; an aside is a (usually short) comment by one character towards the audience, though during the play it may seem like the character is addressing him or herself.

Soliloquies were frequently used in dramas but went out of fashion when drama shifted towards realism in the late 18th century.

If you look at the ingredients on a package of gummy bears — even organic ones — you'll see expected things like corn or brown rice syrup and sugar. But you'll also see something called gelatin. Seems innocent enough, but its source might surprise you. Gelatin is a yellowish, odorless, and nearly tasteless substance that is made by prolonged boiling of skin, cartilage, and bones from animals. It's made primarily from the stuff meat industries have left over — we're talking about pork skins, horns, and cattle bones. Ugh.

I guess if you're into the philosophy of using the whole animal, you'll be psyched about this. Plus gelatin contains 18 amino acids, so it does offer some nutritional benefits. But if you're vegan, you'll definitely want to skip the chewy candies and your great-aunt's Jell-O mold — it's made with gelatin, too. This animal-derived ingredient can also be found in some vitamins and medications, marshmallows (Peeps included), cheeses, yogurts, soups, salad dressings, jams and jellies, fruit snacks, and canned hams. If this tidbit of info grosses you out, you'll want to pay closer attention to these products' food labels.

Ever wonder why it’s so hard to find organic versions of some of your favorite foods? It’s because we’re still not growing enough organics in America.

As demand for organic food soars, major retailers like Costco are unable to keep up. That’s because less than 1 percent of American farmland is dedicated to growing organic crops.

Growing more organics would not only make them more affordable and accessible for consumers, but would also play a huge role in protecting our health and environment.

Right now, too many of your tax dollars go to big, profitable agribusinesses that don’t need the help and to absentee owners who don’t live anywhere near a farm. Even billionaires are receiving farm subsidies from the federal government – money that could be much better spent if it were invested in more organic farming.

If you have sun in a window you can grow your own tomato in a pot.

When I will be back on planet Vietnam I will have more than just a window
and for the sun, on planet Vietnam, there is plenty of sun.
Why limit myself at growing only tomatoes,
how about carrots, bets and much, much more...

Having trouble sticking to that strict diet? Take a day off!

That’s right. A recent study from the Journal of Consumer Psychology suggests that “planned hedonic deviations”
– a.k.a. rewards in the form of pizza, doughnuts or whatever your pleasure –
are actually beneficial to long term goal success.

The only caveat: it has to be planned.

The study looked at two groups working towards a goal over a two-week period.
One group was allowed a cheat day while the other was not.
What they found that those who were able to deviate from their goal – even just momentarily –
were better at self-regulating their behaviour, felt more motivated
and overall experienced a more positive impact on their goal.

They then conducted a third study that involved the cheat days being planned
and not just at random, and the success rate was even better –
so no making excuses when you accidentally fall off the wagon.
