Balanced Inputs

What are the plans if any for Balanced inputs for the LIO?  I noticed that the VR120 has them.  Will the LIO also have them?

Also can you elaborate more on the plans for the Streaming capabilities for the LIO?
Will the streaming capabilities be combined onto the DAC board or will there be a totally separate board?
