excellent neutral sounding tubed preamp using 6 6922 tubes that last forever in this design. It features a high/low gain setting to perfectly match to your system and also a reversing power line (AC) polarity switch. It's in excellent condition with remote, manual, factory box. I am the second owner - unit was purchased new as a 3A and upgraded by Herron last year to R02 version. You can see it's an R02 because the display will show it at power on. I have only owned this for about 3 weeks and am selling because I'm going with a Lampizator DAC with built-in volume control - my system needs 0 gain.. Retail is $6700 - will sell for $2650.00 + shipping. Paypal preferred.

No it is not but I did buy it recently and am the second owner. I'm going with a DAC with volume control so I won't be needing it or my Canary preamp that is also for sale. With my amp and speakers sensitivity I need 0 gain.
