  I have a pair of small ACI Emerald Monitor speakers in cherry veneer finish. Feature a 5-1/4" Vifa cast frame shielded woofer and a Vifa 1" shielded dome tweeter in a .25 cu-ft rear vented cabinet. Crossover is 1st order low pass and 2nd order high pass upgraded with Sonicap capacitors. Impedance is 8 ohms and efficiency is 87 db/1 M/1W. Frequency response is 65hz-20Khz +/- 3 db. These speakers have a very clean, natural sound quality with excellent imaging and depth.  Selling the pair for $150.00 plus FedEx Ground shipping charges.

  Attached is a web link to a positive review of the ACI Emeralds that was done back in 2001 by AudioReview.
They really are great sounding speakers for their size, but best used with a subwoofer to extend the low bass.

  Thanks Jay for your comment. I too am surprised that they haven't sold. Great sounding small monitor speakers especially with the Sonicap upgrade. They have been compared very  favorably against Dynaudio mini monitors.

Thank goodness these sold.   

These are fine little speakers that were a GREAT buy.  Like all of ACI's gear...smooth, accurate, and clean performers.  I have exactly zero use for them but have been tempted since Ron put the ad up.
