Yes, actually he did it too at The 2014 Wall Concert. He's not at the "golden age" anymore... Gilmours voice on last tour was also bad...

This is a fairly recent performance of my favorite (I think - tough choice) Santana (was wearing a Santana t-shirt today ;-)) song. In a word, I find it (Europa) moving.
