The math is trivial estimate. It depends. 2 minutes to key in title? 30 minutes key in every orchestra member, their instrument & every other available data including liner notes? Between 1/4 & 3 man-years. Cost? What's the opportunity cost for undertaking a large unpaid project or the dollar cost to contract it out.
