Still no views on the Creek 4330 II vs. Rega Brio? But I'm ready to buy the Vasant K. The pic of Ms. Vasant is too unreal ('drop dead gorgeous' is an understatement). If Thai women engineers are that sexy, I'm ready to buy anything made in Thailand. And ready to take the next flight to Bangkok. I've got to get a life.

   dude as a somewhat regular visitor to Bangkok for business (honestly!) from here in Singapore, I can only say, you aint seen nothing yet! ya just got to watch out for the *ahem* 'man-lady' population in and around patpong....
there is a lot of hidden gems in the hifi arena made in Thailand, just ask the guys from IRD and nOrh (both have forums here)....

This is interesting.  You get the impression that Vasant and Fiona-Wendolyn Kim (judging from her name and appearance she is drop dead gorgeous Eurasian) designed this together???

I have sold maybe three AKSAs into Bangkok, have a good military contact there, and the point has been strongly made that this might be the best place to make a fully assembled AKSA.  Dunno.  But I'd be interested in your impressions of this outfit.  Can you visit them on your next BKK trip, perhaps?

How's that GK-1 bedding in now?

Hugh, I'll definitely have a look for you next time I'm up there... but that may be a few months...

The GK-1? man, I wish I had the time to get it completly housed! it sounds great to my ears now, I just need to get it into a chassis and get the stage 3 board
