Today's solar eclipse. Was cloudy all day and we had about a 30-minute time slot with breaks in the clouds. Clouds over the second image dimmed it enough for the sun spots to show. Had hoped for it right at the horizon but this'll do.

In the trees by the time it happened here

nice going Tbrick. someone at our work campus had a small rig set up with reversed binoculars projected on a board. your pics make it more special. cool!

This se caught me off-guard - not that I was there anyway - but did you take a look at shadows? Smaller things like leaf and branch shadows look funky.
