Gotta ask….Which version?

(I have a preference, but curious about others)
Of course the one with Bruce Willis.     No, of course the original with Edward Fox and Michael Lonsdale(the villain in Moonraker) and of course, not the TV show(I'm not watching because one cannot top perfection--the 1973 movie.)

The Wages of Fear, French classic '53 film noir thriller. Yves Montand is the lead. Characters speak native language (French, Spanish, German) with subtitles, some English spoken dialogue. The '70s remake, Sorcerer,  Roy Schneider plays lead, music by Tangerine Dream is an above average homage. The latest Netflix 2024 version is just time killer imho. (note correction on dialogue)

The Thursday Murder Club.
An Agatha Christie type murder mystery with an A-List cast(Ben Kingsley, Pierce Brosnan, Helen Mirren, David Tennant, Johnathan Pryce, Richard Grant).  A pleasant way to pass two hours.  Like spending time with old friends.

One of my favourite movies is the 90's cult film "Pump up the Volume" starring Christian Slater and Samantha Mathis.

The TV show is very good to excellent.  Much more a homage to the original than a remake, it has is own story.  I've never seen the movie remake, at least to my knowledge, I'm known to forget things these days.
