Ok, I've considered it. There's no way in God's creation that I'll spend 5 figures on a turntable. Speakers on the other hand...

Yeah, I'm very happy with my Craigslist JVC-QL7 table for $180.00.

Wirenut, I think we are on the same page. Here is my JVC QL-Y5F, I got this off of Craigslist for $150. I stuffed it with plastic clay, and reinforced the bottom cover. It plays incredibly well!
