Virtually new condition. Second owner, but I used it for less than 15 hours as I listen primarily to my head gear. I'm downsizing to an integrated that I already own (Pass INT30A) so that I can use the funds to expand my headphones system. It pains me to sell this (and a X250.5) as I'm sure I'll return to focusing more on my speaker-listening at some point in the near future (I seem to switch back and forth more frequently than I care to admit). But the INT30A is, of course, no slouch.
I never really believed in the impact that preamps make beyond a certain point, but man, the XP-20 made a believer out of me. But if you choose to sell it later, then you're almost certain to lose very little of your investment as used XP-20 prices are averaging in the $5000-$6000 range. So it's almost risk-free. In fact, a XP-20 sold for $6500 last week on audiogon.
