Well, as a, um, older man now, its not that often that I get the chance to break out the old coal burning Telecaster anymore but when I do an album called "Puzzle" by a band named Dada really does the trick. No idea who they were/are? Heard one other album by them, it sucked. I think it might be one of those things where wherever the heck they were recording that day, the ancient alien Guitar Gods came together and said, "f__k  it, lets do this". If that don't work, check the coal level in the old Tele and try "New Orleans is sinking" by the Tragically Hip. Just note this one came out pre Katrina and remember to stop the cd once "NOIS" is over. You'll need the rest. Now, where did I put that Norah Jones LP...? :)

My Amazon shopping cart is getting full.

Lots of stuff I will need to check out!

Here's another one that my neighbors dread:

James McMurtry
Live in Aught-Three

With a collection full of crank it up albums, that's a tough question.  But if I had to pick one, this would be it

Apocalypse are one of the Best:

Lark's have fantastic ambient effect and John Wetton are great:

Perry had real silky voice:

I will mention this album from 1984:

A show of treble percussion with smooth keyboads by Klaus Shulze and base guitar.
Too bad this upload is mono.

The 1970s might have been a lot easier for my parents if this album had never been released

Not to mention this one

Here's another one though this one is sort of a guilty pleasure

If you listen close on a couple of songs, you'll hear Eric Johnson playing lead guitar not to mention fellow St Louisian Michael McDonald singing background vocals  :thumb:
