To me these make the most sense with small monitors that won't play down low. The damping or the allowed movement might be such that shorter wavelengths are less effected while the lower wavelengths will be more damped out.

Maybe they would be desirable as a physical high pass filter if you're going to use a subwoofer with your monitors.

Just to put it out there I'm just a happy customer and not connected to isoacoustics in any way.

I feel the same way about Danny's work as well. (Owning 6 of his designs)

And Bottlehead.  (4 kits)

And Kimber Kable and Homegrownaudio...  And the list goes on. :thumb:

I think they sound pretty interesting.
