Hi all Audio Circle members.
What,
no one have the slightest idea of the make and model
of this one of a kind car.
I was built on 1965 in Canada.
It won the first price in a contest.

Hi Guy, did you mean the car was built in 1965 or you were built in that car in 1965

It looks most like a 55 or 56 El Dorado but I have never seen a car like the one you posted before.

Hi JackD201 and all Audio Circle members.
(Starnge nick name, I wonder what it means?)
The car was built in 1965,
I was built in 1948 in the house in front of that car.
Wrong answer, not even close, try again.

I was built by the mechanic in his garage next door
to my parents house.
The chassis used was built by one of the three American auto manufacturers.

You've definitely got me stumped guy. The only thing remotely 60's about that car to these eyes are the vertically oriented twin headlights. It's really got a strong mid 50's look to it.

I cry uncle  :green:

Hi all Audio Circle members.
My God, what I stupid typing mistake I just made. :duh:
It should have been:
It was built by the mechanic in his garage next door
to my parents house.
The car was built by the mechanic, not me.
Minds you, the mechanic was really a nice guy, so was also my father.

Hi Freo-1 and all Audio Circle members.
O.K. I will stop the suspense.
The chassis/the frame is from a Ford Galaxy 500 - 1963.
All the body parts are scavenged from different make and models of scrap cars.
Our neighbor the mechanic was the head mechanic of Boisclair Automobile Canada largest used car dealer, at one time, they had more than 1,000 used car on their lot.
Therefore the mechanic had access to huge choice of spare parts.
By the way, the motor is a Ford 390 cubic inches.
The back trunk was hydrolickly opened and closed remotely.
I helped him with that.
He did not sell the car, but exchange it against a American Motor Pacer that he gave to his wife.
Well, that's it and that's all.
For now.
