While I know that Red Wine is a circle contributor, I thought I would reach out to the larger forum on either of these amps. I will tell you I am coming from a home made Hypex Ncore, which just isn't to my liking (its for sale). I have been drawn to these amps for their various tube stages, but also positive reviews. They will be driving Salk SS8's.
Both Vinnie of Red Wine and Jim White of Aesthetix have been very gracious and prompt in replying to questions, so from a customer service perspective, they are top notch, just making this all the more challenging.
Any comments, greatly appreciated.
