I have for sale two (2) pairs of High Fidelity Cables CT-1 one (1) meter long plus, High Fidelity Specified Dual RCA to XLR Adapters (4 in total) built by Purist Audio Design with the purpose to be used with the HFC. This is a version on how a Balanced Interconnect will be made by HFC. Because of the Tech in the HFC it will need two runs of cable to make one balanced cable. I am the original owner and in my system for about four months.
I am selling because I no longer need to use a Balanced Interconnect in my system and I am looking to move up the line of HFC.
As you know High Fidelity Cables does not make a Balanced Interconnect (yet). They are working on miniaturizing their tech to bring one to market, but it is proving a challenge. This is a way of using their SE cables in a True Balanced way.
Because two pairs of CT-1 are used it almost gives one the performance of a single set of CT-1E but with the benefits of a True Balanced Interconnect.
Each pair of HFC CT-1 one MT long retail for $1,600. The Dual RCA to XLR Adapters Retail for $600. The total cost is $3,800. I am asking $2,400 for the package. Shipping and PayPal fees are paid for by the buyer.
