Does anyone own a Z-Systems RDP-1 in the St. Louis area?

Looking to give a bottle of good wine, case of beer or free meal to anyone who might let me use their RDP-1 remote control for 15 minutes to teach a universal remote. My RDP-1 remote chip went haywire. The mfg cannot fix it.

Thank you in advance! I am relatively new to GAS but am a thirty-year audiophile, returned here to my hometown about 10 years ago.

Stuart,

If no one has the remote you need I may be able to load the codeset to one of my remotes for you to use.  Let me know if you need me to check.

Ok, wow.

I could not find z systems on any of my remote databases nor could I find the HEX codes on Remotecentral.  This could be a challenge...

Guys thanks so much for the replies. Newbie me, I thought I would receive an email if anyone responded. I just checked the thread and saw your responses! I just noticed the check box for "notify me of replies." Now I am in the loop.

Matt: After talking to the mfg (Z-Systems) a while back, they said that Harmony remotes had the RDP-1 codes in their database. So I bought a Harmony 1100 on Craigslist, programmed it from Harmony's database codes, but all it would control is a handful of functions on the RDP-1. Maybe the codes were only partial or something. So I do need another way to do this. If you can help you would be an audio hero! Let me know what you need me to do in order to give it a shot. I will obviously pay for whatever you need, in addition to the wine/beer!

Happy holidays everyone.
