Up for sale is my Proceed AVP Pre-amp/Sound Processor with the AVP2 upgrade. It implements Burr-Brown DACs which are known industry wide for their incredibly smooth and realistic audio presentation. It also uses the same DSP processors that are found in the $30,000+ Levinson No. 40.
The AVP2 handles DTS, DTS-ES, Dolby Digital, THX Surround EX, MPEG-2, HDCD, and PCM-originated digital audio signals up to 24bit.96kHz, including Dolby Pro Logic II. Madrigal's proprietary Stereo Surround mode can be used to enhance two-channel recordings.
The unit is in mint shape both functionally and aesthetically. It comes with the original Proceed box, owner's manual, and remote.
