I remember hearing about an app that would let you download a website and run it (navigate) locally on your computer as if you were online. Anybody know of such a thing?

Also, since running the 10.8 upgrade, I noticed that I now have two recovery partitions- one for 10.7 and one for 10.8. How do I fix this???

Instapaper saves content for reading, not the site itself (including nav, graphics, etc) afaik
