FWIW, I have purchased a quad from the same guy (audio tubes) and they were mint so I wouldn't be concerned buying from him.

Thanks, I did a search for audio tubes as a seller and came up empty.  Do you have a link?  Also I would still prefer to buy here in the states if possible, if not I will have to purchase overseas.

expensive.. In June they were 100 from Chris at Parts Connextion.. a few years ago they were 40 dollars, then I know BAT hoarded them all.. He is selling them for .. 300 dollars. singles..
