Are you saying the Subby was faster than the Honda?  Wait, what?!!!  Hahaha....my other car (besides the STi) is an Acura with old school Comptech http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comptech go fast bolt ons (headers, cold air, suspension parts).  Love the Honda motors.

STi is a fantastic ride, love them. 

I have always been a Honda fan, cars and motorcycles... I have owned too many to count.
Currently my commuter is a '06 Civic LX with 315,000km and running like a champ.
Wife has a '11 CRV EX-L AWD, I wish I got to drive it more.

My last tuned-up Honda was my '99 SIR... Volk rims with Toyo T1s (GLUE!!!), H&R suspension, AEM cold air intake, 5Zigen catback.
That was a fun car to drive, wish I still had it!
