Quick update: The house is standing!

We got hold of a neighbor that stayed up the hill. She volunteered to check the house and said it was undamaged. She also checked inside and found one of the cats and the cat was OK.

No clue yet when we will be allowed back. Anxious to go home, but afraid of the sights I will see. I know that several of our nearest neighbors lost everything.

Thank you to all who kept us in your thoughts and prayers.

Evacuations lifted - everywhere except my road. Stuck down the hill for another night.

Back to the original intent of this thread.....

Hope the first day of the show was a blast, and I really wish I could be there tomorrow. Hope you guys have a blast and get a chance to listen to good music and swap lots of gear and speaker wire/interconnects in and out of the system. Hope there is another opportunity to do something like this sometime in the future. :thumb:

John,

Glad to hear news are better for you guys and here's hoping things will be even better still once you got back home.

As to another opportunity, it's called RMAF. :)

Still trying to figure out if I'm going, then ya gotta get the rest of the gang to go, then gotta have a room you can swap stuff in and out of (preferably with speakers I already own  :icon_twisted:), full control over the music - it just ain't that easy.......  :green:

Thanks for hosting.  We had good time.  We need to compare the Vs with the 9s with tubes.
