I just moved, and don't have room for these anymore. They need more breathing room. I've switched to near-field monitors for mixing work, and it's time for these Super Vs to find a better home where they can really shine.
These things are HEAVY and very well braced/damped. I modified a few parts of the cabinet plans for aesthetic reasons and extra bracing. I used a constrained layer baffle for the main baffles and subwoofer baffles. I doubled the baffle thicknesses - the upper baffle and woofer baffles are all two layers of 0.75" MDF sandwiched with silicone caulk for a total of 1.5" thick. Much deader sounding than the factory spec 0.75" when you knock on it, i.e. more rigid for more accurate sound reproduction (so my thinking went). Otherwise, the cabinets match the stock specs / measurements. There's a bunch of No-Rez lining all the sub cabinets as well.
Finish is truck bed liner - it's a very tough, matte, textured paint that holds up very well. These are NOT piano gloss finish, so if you need incredibly high WAF, these may not be for you.
Very heavy speakers - definitely something to keep in mind for interested folks! I can ship them on a pallet if you're not local.

I also have a pretty solid UK-made T-amp called the Bantam Gold if you don't have a better amp already (just ask and I'll throw it in).
