I have a pair of SA-1 amps. One is NIB and the other has about 100 hrs on it, I been using it to power a temporary sub in my bedroom system which I'm about to replace. PM me if your interested.

Danny, would you suggest going with a used pair of SA-1 or these?  Have you have any excessive reports of bad SA-1 amps?

If you can find some used ones that would be a good find.

I had some go bad mostly from power supply caps, but not too many.

Hi  Danny,
Is it difficult to replace these power supply caps?  What are the values of these caps and how many hours do you expect to use before failure?
What are the symptoms of power supply caps failure?
Are there difficult to source parts used  in the SA1 amp ?
It is much cheaper to repair it than replacing for me.
