3) Directions to a Steak Stockade within walking distance of the hotel. (AYCE grilled to order Texas serloin for under $20.  Apparently, that's just how they roll down there. . .    I dare to dream!)

4) Some stuff out of the garage to play some music for a couple days. (gonna need dat.)

I'd like to see someone solve the BBQ in the sound room problem.  Only a Texas company can adress the rib eyes and veggies smokin on the weber while listening to the main system problem. 

I hope my new customer HEB starts opening more stores in Dallas so I can attend this event.

I don't drink alcohol. So there is not much of a chance of finding it in our room.

There is a good eating place just down the road though. Texas style food served like we like it. Let's see, what is that place called? I think there is some reference to meat or meat on the bone, and it's Dad's place or something...
