Just saw this in Tone Audio. I thought Frank had launched a new line of amplifiers.

Somebody seems not to have done their due diligence. I would have searched "ava" along with "hifi" or "audio". Is AVA a trademark? It has been around for quite a while now and has a profile in the industry

It looks like its a company based in the UK. I would guess that both may not know about other.

Don't see much of a legal problem here. "Audio by Van Alstine, LLC." and "AVA Media" are different enough. Don't think either company has a copyright or trademark on the term "AVA." I could be wrong of course.
