Thanks for all the great advice. I want to be the first to sign up for Roger's offer. Add a full retube with Siemens el34s and I'll be set for another 15 years. I first experienced the RM9 at the '92 Stereophile show and lusted after it until I had my own. The beautifully unpretentious, minimal and utilitarian design is the perfect backdrop for the compliment of glowing tubes. Endowed with reference quality, it is incredibly dependable, muscular, versatile and still the perfect centerpiece for my system.
