We have been having a problem with our web server over the last couple weeks. They lost a hard drive on the machine that hosted our site and the backup didn't have our security certificate information. After dealing with a LOT of time on the phone/email trying to get this resolved we are still fighting them to get the security certificates installed correctly.
THE SITE IS SECURE! The certificate is the only problem.
After the crash the shopping cart database was restored from a backup. We lost a couple days of data so if you have placed an order and cannot login to check your order it has been lost. I've been going through the credit card processing database (run on a different server) and contacting anyone for whom I don't have information on his or her order. If you have not been contacted please call or email and I'll straighten out your order.
