These are wonderful speakers. I have the older ones...the newer ones have a redesigned Ninja-designed crossover network which is supposed to sound smoother. You do need to keep them away from the wall otherwise the bass can sound boomy.

I have a pair of the SE+'s.   I think they are highly under rated.....don't know why??

A couple of years ago they won a shootout of mid-priced monitors besting several well know brands. Definitely underrated. Of course, none of this brings the OP any closer to getting his hands on a pair.
