So what is everybody having. Somewhere under all that sauerkraut is a pork roast um um good!!!  :drool:

Lasanga, meatballs, sausage then da roast. Crown roast of Pork that is. No kraut a sausage stuffing instead.

Mmm...Sauerkraut and pork roast is good stuff.  According to my mother, you'll have bad luck if you don't eat pork on the 1st of the year (and if you eat chicken "you'll scratch all year"). 

I'm having fresh ham (sat in herb, salt mixture for four days), a greens gratin (with cream, cheese and breadcrumbs to counteract the greens!), whatever other people bring, pepper-herb popovers and chocolate mousse.  I may actually drink a beer, too.
