Yes, definitely C&C jackman.  And really kewl looking.  Impressive suite of tools for the price.

Do you guys know if either or both of these mics are better than my Behringer ECM8000? Mine is also calibrated.

looks like its back to $299 was there a coupon code to get it for 199? Been wanting to pick one of these up and hard to pass up at that price.

No coupon it was their 12 days of Christmas. Must have been a one day sale.  That was a great price.
