VPI HW19 mk3/4 with Scout platter and inverted bearing and stand alone motor (SAMA). With Jelco 10" arm. Spare arm board for Rega included.  The Jelco has the basic cable set and two counter weights: standard and heavy. the VPI has the suspension replace with ridged cones.

I'll be posting photos later just seeing if any early birds are interested. I had an aluminum Denon 103 on this set up and it was fantastic. Every looks good, no signs of too much wear. Dust cover is nice. The unit is all black with silver arm.
