Crossovers used

Crossovers used

Was wondering if the same crossover is used in the SST with the Hiquopon OW2 tweeter as the SongCenter with the LCY Ribbon tweeter ?

No.  If you change any driver in a speaker, you basically have to design a new crossover to accommodate the new combination (unless the drivers are functionally identical).

Jim,

Can one just swap the SEAS drivers in standard ST's with SEAS W15 that are used in the SCST's? wont' be cheap, but still?

No.  The crossover won't be right and the cabinet won't be right either.  It simply won't work.  Swapping the driver would result in a whole new speaker.
