Waisted cones - about time!

I am pleased to see some cones with waisting in them for once.  I had imagined such a thing would be much cooler than a straight line.  Now you just need one with a single arc, so it looks like a thorn.   8)

How do you get cones wasted?  Immerse them in scotch for 24 hours?
